The plot.

Here it is the same as in the PC version of Vice City - the events are developed in 1986 and revolve around Tommy Versetti - one of the bosses of the city. After 15 years of imprisonment, he is unwilling to start an honest life, and comes to Vice City to oversee an important deal between the gangsters.

                                     

The deal ends up falling through, and now Tommy has to return both the goods and the money his boss wants. Otherwise, he simply won't go home, as his reputation is already badly damaged. To accomplish the task, Tommy must contact the local authorities. At first they assign him small deals, but soon he grows in their eyes and performs more serious tasks...
